Cowgate – Newcastle upon Tyne

Cowgate (Newcastle upon Tyne) – 50,000 square foot food retail unit with ancilliary car parking at a main road junction. Initially this was developed for Argyle Foods subsequently Safeway then Morrisons.

Highly regarded trading position

Dorchester – West Country

Dorchester Town Tesco and Football Stadium. This involved an innovative solution to create one of the most prestigious Tesco stores in the UK.

Working with the chairman of the football club a plan evolved whereby the clubs existing ground was given over to site a new Tesco development and a new football stadium was constructed on an adjacent site.

The development involved the Duchy of Cornwall, and special construction design parameters requested by HRH.

The development of 32 award winning medical centres constructed on sites in Scotland,  Wales and throughout England with five pharmacies and dental practices.

Lawrence House Medical Centre Scarborough

We brought two important GP Practices together and purchased an existing historic building in central Scarborough.

The development involved the retention of the historic façade whilst a new building was constructed behind and in sympathy with its classical features.

The completed medical centre with underground car parking and pharmacy won a design award for best refurbished building.


The last venture by our principals involved the development and sale of 32 award winning Medical Centres at a value of £62.5 million
